How is this different from a global EOR platform?
A global EOR platform co-employs your workers under their entity and charges a subscription on top. We work with your existing Mexico entity or help you set up one, then handle all payroll and compliance directly. The result for your employees is the same, but the structure is cleaner and the cost is typically lower for 20+ employees.
Do we need a Mexican entity to use your service?
It depends on your setup. If you already have a Mexican entity (SA de CV or SAPI), we manage payroll under it. If you do not, we can discuss the options. Contact us and we will tell you the most practical path for your specific case. We do not sell entity formation services but can point you to trusted legal counsel.
Can ADN handle employee terminations and severance in Mexico?
Yes. Finiquito (voluntary resignation) and liquidacion (involuntary termination) calculations are part of the service. Mexico severance can be complex: 3 months salary + 20 days per year of service for involuntary termination. We calculate it correctly and help you avoid disputes.
